Why learn AI from me

My job titles changed over the years: technical program manager, head of technical operations, director of software delivery. But the work underneath never did. Companies called me when something complicated needed to make sense: when teams were stuck, when projects were breaking down, when no one could see the path forward. I'd walk in, ask the hard questions, find the root cause, and build the bridge from where things were to where they needed to be.

That's exactly what AI education is. The technology is new; the skill isn't. I've spent my whole career standing between complicated systems and the people who actually have to use them, translating, simplifying, and getting everyone moving together. Now I do it with AI. That's the difference between me and someone who just discovered a shiny tool: I've spent twenty years learning how to make hard things feel easy.
